Elevating School Engagement with Reflex
Audience: Grades 2-6 Administrators | Prerequisite: Introduction to Reflex and subsequent year of Reflex
About the Workshop
The webinar is designed to help you create a Reflex implementation plan and is intended for the school or district person who is responsible for managing and serving as the administrator for Reflex, such as coaches or specialists and/or principals. The webinar will also help you create a Math Culture in your school and encourage student math fact fluency success. Reflex administrators will learn how to set goals and create strategies to help students meet Reflex requirements, but also to utilize Reflex to its fullest potential in their schools. We will also discuss objectives, communication, and tactics one can utilize to meet their school Reflex goals. In addition, we will devote a large portion of the webinar to discussing unique engagement ideas. Lastly, we will review specific reports and discuss when to use them, how to use them, and how they relate to the engagement ideas included in the webinar. Participants will walk away with implementation planning ideas, a Reflex recognition program and tools to encourage students' efforts and successes.
